Sign Instructions:

Begin with the arm of your non-dominant hand in a horizontal position in front of you. Start with your dominant hand in a "Y" handshape with your palm oriented towards your other arm. Start with your dominant hand near your wrist and then move it across the top of your arm to your elbow. As you make this movement, rotate your wrist slightly back and forth.
