Begin with both hands in front of you with the palm of your non-dominant hand oriented toward your dominant hand. The index and middle fingers of your non-dominant hand should begin near the top of your non-dominant hand. Then slide your index and middle fingers down and up your non-dominant hand a couple of times. This sign mimics butter being spread.
