How to sign slow in American Sign Language

Sign Instructions:

Begin with the fingertips of your dominant hand on top of the fingertips of your non-dominant hand. Both palms should be oriented down and your fingers should be pointing away from you. Then, slide the fingertips of your dominant hand across the back of your non-dominant hand to your wrist.
