How to sign shutdown in American Sign Language

Sign Instructions:
Begin with your non-dominant hand under the elbow of your dominant hand. The forearm of your dominant hand should be vertical and the palm of your dominant hand should be oriented backwards. Then, with your elbow staying in the same position, bend the forearm of your dominant hand down to the side until the pinkie side of your dominant hand makes contact with your forearm.
