How to sign rule in American Sign Language

Sign Instructions:
Begin with both hands in front of you with your non-dominant hand oriented towards your dominant hand. The dominant hand should be horizontal with the index and middle fingers of that hand near the top of the non-dominant hand. Press your index and middle fingers against the top of your non-dominant hand and then bring your hand down and press them against the bottom of your non-dominant hand.
