Place your hands in front of you with the index finger of your non-dominant hand pointing up and the index finger of your dominant hand horizontal and with your dominant hand's palm orientation facing down. The fingertips of your index fingers should begin near each other. Then, you should move the index finger of your dominant hand down and touch the other index finger a couple of times.
