How to sign persuade in American Sign Language

Sign Instructions:

Begin with the index finger of your non-dominant hand in a vertical position in front of you, and with the fingertips of your dominant hand near your index finger. Move your dominant hand from side to side a couple of times, let your fingertips hit your index finger. The fingers of your dominant hand should be slightly bending back and forth as your do this motion.
