Place your non-dominant hand in front of you with your index finger pointing up. The index finger of your dominant hand should also be extended but should begin in a horizontal position and touching the top of the back of the index finger of your non-dominant hand. The movement of this hand is done by moving the index finger of your dominant hand down the index finger of the other hand 2 times.
