Place both hands in front of you, with your hands starting on one side of your body. Then, bring your middle and index finger of each hand together, mimicking a cutting motion of scissors. Then, move your hands over to the other side of your body in front of you and make another cutting motion. This sign mimicks video editing by taking a cut at the beginning and end of a clip.
