How to sign come to mind in American Sign Language

Sign Instructions:

This sign is a combination of the signs for "think" and "show up". "Think" is signed by tapping the side of your forehead with your index finger. "Show up" is signed by bringing the index finger of your dominant hand up from underneath your non-dominant hand in-between your index and middle fingers.
