Sign Instructions:

Begin with both hands in front of you with your hands interlocking with an "8" handshape for each hand. Release your thumb and middle fingers and rotate your wrists in opposite directions and interlock your hands in an "8" handshape again. The thumb and middle fingers interlocking mimics the shape and connection of links on a chain.
