Begin with both hands in front of you with your non-dominant hand pointing upward and oriented toward your non-dominant hand. Begin with the index and middle fingers of your dominant hand at the top of your non-dominant hand and then move them down to the bottom of your hand. This sign mimics a casket being lowered into the ground.
