How to sign authority in American Sign Language

Sign Instructions:
Place the arm of your non-dominant hand in front of you. Place your dominant hand near your opposite shoulder with the thumb side of your hand closest to your shoulder. Then, move your hand to your wrist. Your hand should rotate as you move so that your thumb is pointing upward when it lands on the wrist of your non-dominant hand.
