Begin with your non-dominant hand in front of you with its palm oriented towards yourself. Your dominant hand should begin closer to you with its fingertips pointing at the palm of your non-dominant hand. Then, bring your dominant hand forward until the fingertips of your dominant hand are touching the palm of your non-dominant hand.
