Begin with both hands in front of you with your dominant hand in front of your non-dominant hand. The thumb side of your dominant hand should be touching the pinkie side of your non-dominant hand. Then, move your dominant hand forward 2 times, changing your hand to a "5" handshape as you bring your hand forward.
