How to sign misunderstand in American Sign Language

Sign Instructions:
Begin with your index finger of your dominant hand touching the side of your forehead with your hand oriented away from yourself. Your non-dominant hand should be around shoulder level with your palm oriented toward yourself. Move both hands in the direction of the side of your both that your dominant hand is on, while also rotate both hands so that your palm orientation is changed to the opposite direction.
